EPN has really tightened their standards over the last year or so and will reject you as an affiliate unless your website is already established or developed up to a point. A website worth applying with should be informative, have content related to items sold on ebay, have a contact page, a privacy page, and should contain little or no advertising on it. The website content should be original, not just copied from somewhere else on the internet. The web site should contain more than just a landing page full of ads.
